Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, mentor, and motivate our front-of-house team, including servers, hosts, and bartenders.
• Maintain a warm, welcoming, and organized dining environment.
• Ensure exceptional guest service by setting and maintaining high standards.
• Handle guest concerns and feedback with professionalism and efficiency.
• Collaborate with the kitchen and back-of-house team to ensure a seamless dining experience.
• Assist in monitoring inventory, order supplies, and manage restaurant budgets.
• Assist in overseeing scheduling and staff training to ensure optimal team performance.

Qualifications:

• 3 years of experience in a restaurant management/supervisory role.
• Strong leadership and team-building skills.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
• A passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of restaurant operations and industry trends.
• Familiarity with point-of-sale systems.
• ServSafe certification is a plus.
