B3 Fitness is looking for an experienced fitness professional to help lead our Personal Training Department. The position is Full-Time and includes managing sales, lead nurturing, and operations of our studios and the programs we offer.

Position Overview

The Assistant Fitness Director (AFD) is a member of the club’s management team and plays a key role in the company’s overall success by assisting in leading and managing the studio’s fitness and nutrition programming which includes personal training, small group training, member integration and support. This position requires a driven and energetic professional with a desire to grow a career within B3 Fitness organization.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Conduct discovery meetings with potential members to introduce and present personal training program options.
• Perform “lead nurturing” tasks to ensure an inflow of new prospects.
• Perform 60-minute Personal Training sessions for members using personalized programming that coincides with their goals
• Establish and maintain a great working environment to ensure high client results and retention.
• Must be available and maintain working during peak times (ex. Morning and Evening)
• Ensure the studio meets all applicable safety protocols
• Managing and supporting the Personal Training Team Maintaining a clean, well-maintained, and esthetically appealing environment
• Achieving financial performance results through the generation of personal training department revenues.
• Ongoing management of company-wide standards for key operational activities, programs and goals throughout the club

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: Knowledge, skills & abilities:

• Strong knowledge in all aspects of Personal Training
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent time management skills
• Strong knowledge and experience with functional training
• Experience in sales

EXPERIENCE:

• Leadership experience
• 2 years of Personal Training experience is preferred
• 6 months to 1 year of Personal Training sales or Sales experience
• Current Personal Training Certification
• Minimum 1-2 recent work references

Compensation:

• Competitive rate based on experience and skills
