```Duties```
- Develop and implement fitness programs and initiatives to meet the needs of members
- Oversee the daily operations of the fitness department, including scheduling, staff management, and facility maintenance
- Provide leadership and guidance to fitness staff, ensuring a high level of customer service and member satisfaction
- Conduct fitness assessments and create personalized exercise programs for members
- Monitor member progress and provide ongoing support and motivation
- Collaborate with other departments to coordinate fitness-related events and promotions
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in fitness programming

```Experience```
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a fitness management role
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
- Experience with shift management, including scheduling and payroll
- Previous experience as an assistant manager or similar leadership role preferred
- Knowledge of cash register operations and ability to handle financial transactions accurately
- Ability to negotiate pricing with vendors and suppliers
- Excellent team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire staff members
- Strong leadership abilities, with a focus on creating a positive and inclusive work environment
