- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a fitness management role
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
- Experience with shift management, including scheduling and payroll
- Previous experience as an assistant manager or similar leadership role preferred
- Knowledge of cash register operations and ability to handle financial transactions accurately
- Ability to negotiate pricing with vendors and suppliers
- Excellent team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire staff members
- Strong leadership abilities, with a focus on creating a positive and inclusive work environment
