```Duties```
- Oversee the daily operations of the fitness facility, capable of cleaning and consistently ensuring a clean and safe environment for members and staff.
- Provide excellent customer service with the ability to handle member inquiries or complaints professionally, assisting members with their fitness goals, sales of merchandise, and resolving any member issues or concerns.
- Conduct regular inspections of equipment to ensure proper functioning and maintenance.
-Sales of memberships and day pass sales, execution of facility use waivers and agreements with facility rules.
- Monitor member attendance and compliance with facility rules.
- Collaborate to coordinate special events, promotions, and initiatives to drive membership growth.

*** MUST have tanning supervision Ohio certification, or obtain it before beginning work - assistance can be provided.
- Understanding of tanning and risks principles

- Previous experience in a fitness management role or related field preferred.
- Maturity, reliability and skills to work independently.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with the public, members, staff, and vendors.
- Knowledge of cash handling procedures, experience with sales techniques and POS equipment.
- maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in the facility - familiarity with sanitization protocols to maintain a clean and safe environment..
- Ability to upsell onsite merchandise, products or services to enhance member experience.
