What do Fitness Attendants do?
The Fitness Attendant delivers excellent service to all members, guests, and program participants. Responds to member and guest needs, promotes wellness appointments, programs memberships; maintains cleanliness and organization of all workout areas in accordance with YMCA policies and procedures. Fitness Attendant must role model the YMCA values of caring, honesty, respect and responsibility, and work daily to develop personal and meaningful relationships with members, volunteers, donors, and community.
