Personal Training Director (PTD)
The Top 4 Duties of a PTD are to act as a: ·
· Team Builder responsible for hiring, training and continually developing a full, ethical, and professional team
· Customer Service Guru ensure ongoing client loyalty and grow the client base
· Head Trainer monitor the trainers to ensure the quality of their service (our product) is maintained at the highest possible level
· Sales Leader continues to generate new clients and service existing ones like a superior PTC

· Continually develop and promote top performers Trainers to Master Trainers, PTCs to APTDs and APTDs to PTDs. Train all day, every day. We can all use daily reminders and guidance.

· Live by the 13 Fatal Errors and study the Multi-Unit Manager materials prepare to think and plan at the next level.
