- Lead fitness classes and provide instruction in various exercise modalities such as cycle, kickboxing, Pilates, yoga, and more.
- Design and implement fitness programs tailored to the needs and goals of individual clients.
- Educate clients on proper form, body mechanics, and exercise techniques to maximize results and prevent injuries.
- Motivate and inspire clients to achieve their fitness goals through positive reinforcement and support.
- Provide personalized attention and modifications to accommodate different fitness levels and abilities.
- Maintain a clean and safe workout environment.```Qualifications:```
- Certified fitness instructor with a strong background in cycle, kickboxing, Pilates, yoga, or other relevant disciplines.
- Knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and exercise science principles.
- Experience in program design and personal training.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively educate and motivate clients.
- Strong understanding of body mechanics to ensure safe and effective exercise execution.
- Proven track record in fitness sales or ability to promote services and attract new clients.Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $14.00 - $22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 2 – 10 per week
