NXGen Fitness is seeking a passionate and motivated Indoor Cycle Instructor to join our fitness team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading dynamic and engaging indoor cycling classes for participants of all fitness levels. As an Indoor Cycle Instructor, you will create energizing and effective workout routines, motivate, and inspire participants, and ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all attendees.

Qualifications:

1. Certification: Valid certification in indoor cycling instruction (e.g., Spinning®, Schwinn Cycling, Stages or equivalent) required.
2. Experience: Prior experience leading indoor cycling classes preferred but not required. New instructors with strong potential and enthusiasm are encouraged to apply.
3. Passion: Genuine passion for fitness, health, and helping others achieve their wellness goals.
4. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to motivate and inspire participants.
5. Physical Fitness: Strong cardiovascular endurance and physical fitness to effectively lead challenging cycling workouts.
6. Interpersonal Skills: Ability to connect with participants of diverse backgrounds and fitness levels in a supportive and inclusive manner.
7. Professionalism: Reliable, punctual, and professional demeanor with a commitment to providing exceptional member experience.
8. Safety Awareness: Knowledge of safety protocols and guidelines for indoor cycling, including emergency procedures and injury prevention techniques.
9. Continuous Learning: Willingness to participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities to enhance teaching skills and stay updated on industry best practices.
