Responsibilities:
- Conduct daily fitness assessments and consultations to determine clients' goals and fitness levels
- Develop personalized exercise programs based on clients' needs and goals
- Provide instruction and guidance on proper exercise techniques and form
- Motivate and support clients to achieve their fitness goals
- Monitor clients' progress and make adjustments to their programs as needed
- Educate clients on nutrition and healthy lifestyle habits
- Maintain a clean and safe workout environment
Skills:
- Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and body mechanics
- Ability to design effective exercise programs for individuals and groups
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in physical education, sports coaching, or related fields is a plus
- Ability to motivate and inspire clients to reach their full potential
- Certification in personal training or a related field is REQUIRED
