Fitness Center Director jobs in Seattle, WA

My Gym Bellevue is currently hiring a children’s fitness coach/teacher. We are looking for someone to teach high energy fun classes based on our curriculum and teaching method (don’t worry, we’ll teach you how!) and parties.

If you love working with children, have a background in theater, dance, gymnastics or early childhood development, we'll teach you to lead our high-energy, fun-filled gym classes.

Some of the qualities we look for in candidates are:

• A genuine love for working with children and helping them succeed.
• A positive, coachable attitude.
• Exceptional interpersonal communication skills.
• Effective time management.
• Lots of energy and ability to be silly in front of others.
• Effective leadership and motivational skills.
• The availability to work weekends, mornings and evenings.
• Clean background check.
• Background in fitness (athletics, sports, dance, cheer, gymnastics, martial arts, or related field) is a plus.

• Teach amazing high energy classes to kids 4 months to 10 years old based on our curriculum and teaching method.
• Provide outstanding customer service. You become part of the child's life.
• Arrive to work willing to have fun, silly and team player.

Pay: $21.00 - $24.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 – 35 per week
