Schedule:

Looking for the right person who can me self managed on weekends, and also work with a team on schedule weekdays. This job would be split between two locations in North Spokane.

Responsibilities:

• Clean and supply designated building areas (dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, cleaning ceiling vents, restroom cleaning etc.)
• Perform and document routine inspection and maintenance activities
• Carry out heavy cleansing tasks and special projects
• Notify management of occurring deficiencies or needs for repairs
• Make adjustments and minor repairs
• Stock and maintain supply rooms
• Cooperate with the rest of the staff
• Follow all health and safety regulations
• Be able to lift at least 50lb
• Must be very consistent & reliable
• Proven working experience as a janitor
• Ability to handle equipment and machinery
• Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies
• Familiarity with Material Safety Data Sheets
• Integrity and ability to work independently

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $16.50 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 30 per week

Schedule:

• Day shift
• Every weekend
• Night shift
• On call
• Weekends as needed

Shift availability:

• Day Shift (Preferred)
• Night Shift (Preferred)
• Overnight Shift (Preferred)
