Fitness Instructor jobs in Spring Hill, FL

Looking for energetic instructors to join our team! Currently looking for Spin, Zumba, Silver Sneakers, Aqua, and creative instructors.

Audition is required.

Responsibilities:

- Lead fitness classes and provide instruction to participants in various fitness activities such as CrossFit, dance, yoga, kickboxing, and group fitness.

- Educate participants on proper exercise techniques, form, and safety precautions.

- Motivate and inspire individuals to achieve their fitness goals.

- Provide guidance and support to clients during workouts to ensure proper form and technique.

Experience:

- Certification or Lisensure for group fitness classes.

- Previous experience in sports coaching, personal training, or group fitness instruction is preferred.

- Knowledge of physiology and exercise science principles.

- Familiarity with a variety of fitness activities such as CrossFit, dance, yoga, kickboxing, and group fitness.

- Strong communication skills to effectively instruct and motivate participants.

- Ability to adapt exercises to accommodate different fitness levels and abilities.
