SALES CONSULTANT

(PART TIME)
Our Sales Consultants believe that fitness is the key to a rewarding and healthy life. They follow the Total Fitness Training Program and change lives while building the club membership and developing a base of referrals from existing customers.

Since this is sales job, you must understand the basics of sales:
1) Know your product
2) Know your inventory
3) Know your financing
4) Be able to qualify people
5) Have the ability to make a decision for people

CLUB MANAGER ( Full Time )

RESPONSIBILITIES:

A) Lead by Example, Follow the Clubs sales and marking Plan as a Sales Consultant

B) Oversee the social media and website marketing.

C) Manage the Club Phone calls social media leads, Walk in, Appointments and sales

D) Manage the office supplies and keep the club running, and Club Improvements

E) Manage and track the referrals and Event Leads, making sure the club is staffed.

F) Work with owner to make the Clubs successful and Hitting the club goals.

Part time $ 15 to $ 25 an hour

Full Time Club Manager $ 40 K to 50 k a year

• Day shift
• Evening shift

Weekly day range:

• Monday to Friday
• Rotating weekends
• Weekends as needed

Experience:

• Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)
