Fitness Instructor coordinates all fitness programs for a facility. Organizes and instructs exercise classes for all fitness levels. Being a Fitness Instructor ensures that all participants are properly trained on the use of the facility's exercise equipment. Responsible for making sure that the exercise area and equipment are safe and clean. Additionally, Fitness Instructor may require a bachelor's degree in area of specialty. Typically reports to a supervisor. To be a Fitness Instructor typically requires 2 to 4 years of related experience. Gains exposure to some of the complex tasks within the job function. CLUB MANAGER ( Full Time )
RESPONSIBILITIES:
A) Lead by Example, Follow the Clubs sales and marking Plan as a Sales Consultant
B) Oversee the social media and website marketing.
C) Manage the Club Phone calls social media leads, Walk in, Appointments and sales
D) Manage the office supplies and keep the club running, and Club Improvements
E) Manage and track the referrals and Event Leads, making sure the club is staffed.
F) Work with owner to make the Clubs successful and Hitting the club goals.
Part time $ 15 to $ 25 an hour
Full Time Club Manager $ 40 K to 50 k a year
