The Fixed Income Sales & Trading Analyst will join a veteran team that operates in a dynamic sales and trading environment. This person will work closely with trading, sales and operations professionals to assist in the analysis, evaluation, origination, trading and settlement of a wide variety of fixed-income securities including federal agencies, money markets, U.S. Treasuries, corporates, supra national, MBS, ABS and municipals.
The ideal candidate is a professional with desk experience, who has been a sales or trading assistant in Rates, Corporates or Structured Products and is looking to grow into a junior trade or salesperson. However, we will also consider hungry, driven recent graduates who have a passion for the markets and a strong desire to work hard and learn. This person will work directly with senior salespeople and traders to effectively cover institutional clients. This role is best suited for someone interested in pursuing a career within Fixed Income sales or trading, and who wants a front row seat alongside seasoned professionals for a hands-on apprenticeship in learning the business. Our two-year analyst program training is anticipated to lead to a profession level position in either fixed-income sales or fixed-income trading based on candidate's strengths and aptitude.
