POSITION
Fixed Income Portfolio Specialist 1 (FIPS-1) are value add members of the investment teams. FIPS-1 are responsible for working with senior members of the team to help to develop and grow the AUM/revenue of their respective team by ensuring that their team's products are aligned with each distribution channel; creating content to support the team's products; directly marketing to internal constituents and external clients; and assisting the PMs with the business and financial management of their team.
This role will support the Plus Fixed Income team.

CANDIDATE
The candidate should be a dynamic individual that can work in a fast-paced role that interfaces with a wide range of constituents, including senior portfolio managers, analysts, internal sales people and external clients. The candidate should have very strong interpersonal skills, be quantitatively competent, analytically rigorous, and able to write with a flair. In addition, this person should have a keen interest in investment management with some understanding of the fixed income markets.
