Fleet Administrator assists in administrating and coordinating motor vehicle fleet operations. Understands OSHA, DOT, fleet-specific regulations, licensing, registration, and reporting requirements. Being a Fleet Administrator prepares and maintains accurate records of vehicles, insurance, and required regulatory filings and reporting. Coordinates repairs and preventative maintenance scheduling that support fleet vehicle availability requirements. Additionally, Fleet Administrator may assist with safety training and communication programs. May require an associate degree or equivalent. Typically reports to a supervisor. The Fleet Administrator works under moderate supervision. Gaining or has attained full proficiency in a specific area of discipline. We are currently seeking a team member who believes in the extra mile philosophy to fulfill our OTR SVC Tire Technician role.
As an OTR SVC Tire Technician, you will work offsite in a company provided Spartan or Mini Boom service truck in order to service Snider customers with all OTR tire and wheel related needs. These needs include, but are not limited to, replacing, inspecting, repairing, and properly mounting/dismounting all OTR (construction, earthmoving, mining, agriculture, etc.) tire and wheel related products.
What Youll Do on a Typical Day:
This position will be based in a commercial/industrial tire and/or mechanical truck service center at one of our Snider Branches. The majority of the work will be in a company service truck, exposed to natural climate and weather of the region. When not on a service call, the employee will be at a truck service and/or tire center. The employee is frequently exposed to fumes or airborne particles, interacting with moving mechanical parts/equipment on a daily basis, and the noise level at the service center is usually moderate to high.
