Fleet Administrator assists in administrating and coordinating motor vehicle fleet operations. Understands OSHA, DOT, fleet-specific regulations, licensing, registration, and reporting requirements. Being a Fleet Administrator prepares and maintains accurate records of vehicles, insurance, and required regulatory filings and reporting. Coordinates repairs and preventative maintenance scheduling that support fleet vehicle availability requirements. Additionally, Fleet Administrator may assist with safety training and communication programs. May require an associate degree or equivalent. Typically reports to a supervisor. The Fleet Administrator works under moderate supervision. Gaining or has attained full proficiency in a specific area of discipline. JOB FUNCTION:
Fleet Administrator: Support management and administration of MPW Fleet interest.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
· Titling and licensing of MPW vehicles and updating databases
· Maintain Driver Assignments and Third Party Fleet Management database
· Review invoices and coordinate with Accounts Payable
· Asset Status, PM Schedule, and Asset Information in MRP software
· Quote, Capital Improvement Project Submittal, Requisition, and Unit Assignment of Small Fleet Assets
· Shop Hazard Communications Contact/Administrator and Project Planning
· Repair & Maintenance Planning
ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Travel to branch locations and customer sites as needed.
· Position must be able interact with operations, logistics, and production teams and provide support as needed.
· Perform other duties as directed.

QUALIFICATIONS:
1. Associates Degree or related field
2. Must have effective oral and written communications skills, effective listening skills, and ability to interact with others.
