• Conduct research to build a pipeline of potential customers in various industries, cities, and states
• Proactively reach out to prospects through cold calls, emails, and in person meetings
• Develop a strong understanding of the company's fleet rental offerings and value proposition to effectively communicate benefits to potential clients
• Proactively prospect and meet with clients in their office settings

• Build and maintain strong relationships with mid-market clients, acting as their main point of contact for all fleet rental inquiries
• Conduct needs analysis to understand clients' specific requirements and challenges
• Offer customized fleet solutions that align with clients' business goals and maximize value for their organizations
• Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the entire sales cycle

• Collaborate with the sales team and execute comprehensive sales strategy to meet or exceed sales targets
• Collaborate with the Sales Manager and other team members to create sales plans, pricing strategies, and promotional activities
• Present and demonstrate fleet solutions to potential clients, addressing their questions and concerns effectively
• Meet and exceed all sales activity targets

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, client interactions, and progress in the Salesforce system
• Monitor and manage the sales pipeline, ensuring timely follow-ups and closure of deals

• Collaborate with the Account Manager and Operations teams to ensure seamless onboarding and ongoing support for clients

• Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Ability to communicate in a professional manner when dealing with employees, vendors, customers and company contacts
• Motivated self-starter with the ability to perform the above duties with little supervision
• Capacity to multi-task in a fast-paced work environment along with organization under expected timelines
• Team-player who works well with all internal departments

• Bachelor’s Degree
• 2-3 years of Customer service experience
• 5-7 years of Sales experience
• Good organizational and time-management skills
• Salesforce CRM Experience a plus
• Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
