Fleet Administrator assists in administrating and coordinating motor vehicle fleet operations. Understands OSHA, DOT, fleet-specific regulations, licensing, registration, and reporting requirements. Being a Fleet Administrator prepares and maintains accurate records of vehicles, insurance, and required regulatory filings and reporting. Coordinates repairs and preventative maintenance scheduling that support fleet vehicle availability requirements. Additionally, Fleet Administrator may assist with safety training and communication programs. May require an associate degree or equivalent. Typically reports to a supervisor. The Fleet Administrator works under moderate supervision. Gaining or has attained full proficiency in a specific area of discipline. Pay - $33. 50/ HR
$1 Shift pay differential
$7,500 Sign-on bonus
License/Certifications:
Brakes, Diesel Engines, and Preventive Maintenance Inspection
Work Location:

Technical Experience Preferred:
A Commercial Driver s License (CDL) is NOT required
5 years of previous experience with documented formal training
Ability to read pneumatic and electrical drawings
Preventative maintenance on all equipment (3 Years)
Tractor and Trailer maintenance background(3 Years)
Major and minor electrical with the ability to maintain and troubleshoot(3 Years)
Brake Systems (Brake Certification)
Air systems
Body (panels, frame, doors, etc.)
Welding and fabrication
Must have own basic tools
Fluid power systems
Hydraulic controls
Mechanical troubleshooting abilities (3 Years)
Electrical experience (3 Years)
Diesel engine repair experience (3 Years)
Basic computer experience
Able to diagnose and troubleshoot all repairs with limited assistance in a timely manner
Ability to identify warranty issues
