Fleet Administrator jobs in Lancaster, PA
Fleet Administrator assists in administrating and coordinating motor vehicle fleet operations. Understands OSHA, DOT, fleet-specific regulations, licensing, registration, and reporting requirements. Being a Fleet Administrator prepares and maintains accurate records of vehicles, insurance, and required regulatory filings and reporting. Coordinates repairs and preventative maintenance scheduling that support fleet vehicle availability requirements. Additionally, Fleet Administrator may assist with safety training and communication programs. May require an associate degree or equivalent. Typically reports to a supervisor. The Fleet Administrator works under moderate supervision. Gaining or has attained full proficiency in a specific area of discipline. Located: 480 Running Pump Rd, Lancaster PA 17601
Hours: Monday-Friday 8am-5pm
Primary Responsibilities Include:
- Customer Service/Fulfillment Process of Sale (From A-Z)
- Manage Inventory (Ordering for Stock and Custom Orders)
- Maintaining Relationships with Vendors
- Receiving Payment for Purchases
- Selling New/Used Trailers. Snow Plows, Used Vehicles, and Miscellaneous Equipment.
- Titling & Registration
- Maintaining Website with updated inventory.
- Picking up trailers with company vehicle if needed from local vendors. No CDL required.
We have a Dealer Management System in place, payment processing, repair/service, trailer graphics/decals, trailer lot, sales office, and more!
This position would be paid hourly plus bonused on performance/profitability.
Training will conducted by the the current "Sales Manager". This position will be for only one person, and assistance from other members in the company can help as needed.
