Fleet Administrator assists in administrating and coordinating motor vehicle fleet operations. Understands OSHA, DOT, fleet-specific regulations, licensing, registration, and reporting requirements. Being a Fleet Administrator prepares and maintains accurate records of vehicles, insurance, and required regulatory filings and reporting. Coordinates repairs and preventative maintenance scheduling that support fleet vehicle availability requirements. Additionally, Fleet Administrator may assist with safety training and communication programs. May require an associate degree or equivalent. Typically reports to a supervisor. The Fleet Administrator works under moderate supervision. Gaining or has attained full proficiency in a specific area of discipline.     What are we looking for at this position?
    • Minimum 1-3 years of experience in computer help desk or installing/maintaining software
    • Experience with vulnerability scanning tools
    • Strong understanding of common vulnerabilities and exposure
    • Training or Experience with Windows Desktop 10 and 11
    • Training or Experience with Windows Server 2016 and 2019
    • Training or Experience with software vulnerability remediation
    • Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey complex security concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
    • Problem solving capability and adaptability.

    What do we consider a plus (but not required)?
    • Experience with Microsoft Active Directory
    • Experience with SFTP/ FTPS transfers
    • Experience with VoIP phone systems

    What will you be doing?
    IT Security:
    • Monitoring systems for security breaches and vulnerabilities, remediation, and mitigating risks.
    • Monitor company compliance of requirements.
    • Conduct regular vulnerability assessments on our network infrastructure using industry-standard tools and methodologies.
    • Implement and enforce security measures to safeguard sensitive data and systems.
    • Work closely with system administrators and IT teams to ensure the timely patching of vulnerabilities.
    • Implement effective remediation plans for identified vulnerabilities.
    • Analyze and interpret vulnerability scan results, providing detailed reports and recommendations to stakeholders.
    • Documentation of various network related processes.

    Software Installation & Maintenance:
    • Install, configure, remove, and maintain computer software applications.
    • Conduct regular updates, patches, and system upgrades for enhanced security and optimal performance.
    • Set-up and help maintain computer infrastructure.
    • Other job duties as required.
    Technical Support:
    • Assist employees with computer-related issues.
    • Provide prompt support, addressing user inquiries, offering technical assistance, diagnosing, and resolving issues, and implementing effective solutions.
    • Deliver timely updates to users on issue resolution progress.
    Remote Support:
    • Provide remote technical support for software patching.
    Troubleshooting Proficiency:
    • Proficiency in troubleshooting technical issues and delivering effective and timely solutions.
    Physical/Schedule Requirements:
    • Work on a hybrid schedule in the Milwaukee, WI office (90-day onboarding will be onsite)
    • Potential for afterhours work to avoid interruptions to production to address vulnerability issues that need resolution.
