Fleet Administrator, Sr. assists in administrating and coordinating motor vehicle fleet operations. Understands OSHA, DOT, fleet-specific regulations, licensing, registration, and reporting requirements. Being a Fleet Administrator, Sr. prepares and maintains accurate records of vehicles, insurance, and required regulatory filings and reporting. Coordinates repairs and preventative maintenance scheduling that support fleet vehicle availability requirements. Additionally, Fleet Administrator, Sr. may assist with safety training and communication programs. May require an associate degree or equivalent. Typically reports to a supervisor. The Fleet Administrator, Sr. works independently within established procedures associated with the specific job function. Has gained proficiency in multiple competencies relevant to the job. UFG is currently seeking a Sr. Systems Administrator to Install, configure, maintain, and perform intermediate troubleshooting of new and existing infrastructure and networking technologies, including but not limited to Windows server, PC, Linux, and application software of moderate complexity. Maintain stable operation of company infrastructure and provide optimal performance across UFG’s Locations. Follow best practices for configuration, maintenance, and security of Infrastructure hardware/software. Communicate to other teams as necessary any projects requiring downtime and any issues that may arise. Provide monitoring and reporting for all aspects of the company network infrastructure and performance.
