Fleet Administrator, Sr. assists in administrating and coordinating motor vehicle fleet operations. Understands OSHA, DOT, fleet-specific regulations, licensing, registration, and reporting requirements. Being a Fleet Administrator, Sr. prepares and maintains accurate records of vehicles, insurance, and required regulatory filings and reporting. Coordinates repairs and preventative maintenance scheduling that support fleet vehicle availability requirements. Additionally, Fleet Administrator, Sr. may assist with safety training and communication programs. May require an associate degree or equivalent. Typically reports to a supervisor. The Fleet Administrator, Sr. works independently within established procedures associated with the specific job function. Has gained proficiency in multiple competencies relevant to the job. JOB SUMMARY: MSI is seeking to hire a Fleet and Program Administrator to join our team and oversee the purchasing and maintenance of vehicles to maximize our profitability. The Fleet and Program Administrator’s responsibilities include ordering vehicles, maintaining vehicle servicing records and ensuring operational efficiency across the fleet throughout the year. The Fleet and Program Administrator oversees all commercial vehicles, drivers, and related assets, including their operations, conditions, external and internal policy compliance, and overall performance.
