Fleet Administrator, Sr. assists in administrating and coordinating motor vehicle fleet operations. Understands OSHA, DOT, fleet-specific regulations, licensing, registration, and reporting requirements. Being a Fleet Administrator, Sr. prepares and maintains accurate records of vehicles, insurance, and required regulatory filings and reporting. Coordinates repairs and preventative maintenance scheduling that support fleet vehicle availability requirements. Additionally, Fleet Administrator, Sr. may assist with safety training and communication programs. May require an associate degree or equivalent. Typically reports to a supervisor. The Fleet Administrator, Sr. works independently within established procedures associated with the specific job function. Has gained proficiency in multiple competencies relevant to the job. Duties and Responsibilities
Database Administrators with Applications experience are responsible for data migration, data
cleanup, data reporting, as well as managing and maintaining the hardwired lines and wireless
connections in a system and the hardware that hooks up to that system. Applicants are expected
to have at least ten years of relevant work experience, ideally in a school or educational agency,
