This position will support the Regional Sales Reps with the process, coordination and tracking of projects and their administrative requirements. You will be responsible for reviewing Job Cost Analysis (JCA) based on system requirements and entering orders into the system for processing and communicate any custom requirements for the project. You will prepare switch matrix and delivery schedules based on project design and delivery requirements. In this position, you will review design drawings based on project definition and monitor projects through the processing system to ensure delivery schedules are being met.

· Manage critical timelines and schedules while working to improve lead times
· Report status to Sales Reps on a regular basis and notify them of any situations that may affect the timely delivery of their orders.
