Fleet Administrator, Sr. assists in administrating and coordinating motor vehicle fleet operations. Understands OSHA, DOT, fleet-specific regulations, licensing, registration, and reporting requirements. Being a Fleet Administrator, Sr. prepares and maintains accurate records of vehicles, insurance, and required regulatory filings and reporting. Coordinates repairs and preventative maintenance scheduling that support fleet vehicle availability requirements. Additionally, Fleet Administrator, Sr. may assist with safety training and communication programs. May require an associate degree or equivalent. Typically reports to a supervisor. The Fleet Administrator, Sr. works independently within established procedures associated with the specific job function. Has gained proficiency in multiple competencies relevant to the job. FLEET ADMINISTRATOR (Full-Time)
Position Summary
This role ensures central oversight of the organization’s fleet of 30 vehicles and develops and maintains standards and best practices to ensure that safety is the number one priority for approximately 60 full-time or routine drivers. Liaises with all departments that need to operate a vehicle to conduct business. Takes the lead on GrowNYC’s fleet sustainability planning to support an all-electric vehicles fleet conversion.

Schedule
Monday through Friday, 35-40 hours per week; occasional off-hours technical support for drivers
Compensation
This position is a non-exempt full-time salaried position, and it pays $55K-65K per year and includes full benefits. This position is a non-union-eligible/not part of the bargaining unit.

Field Work Required: Some combination of field and office work. Remote work is available with a minimum of 2-days office presence requirement
