The Fleet Coordinator will oversee and maintain the local fleet of vehicles. The Coordinator will work with all drivers to maintain daily logs and carry out basic maintenance tasks.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Maintain DOT compliance for all vehicles and drivers. Manage daily vehicle inspection logs.

• Maintain spare part inventory for basic vehicle maintenance.

• Carry out basic vehicle maintenance as needed. Schedule maintenance and repair work at local garages as needed.

• Perform facility maintenance and other duties as determined by supervisor.

Qualifications & Experience

• Mechanical mindset with the ability to troubleshoot when needed.

• Some auto mechanical repair and maintenance experience.

• Desired attributes include organizational and time management skills, strong decision making and problem solving, team player and attention to detail.

• Professional and courteous communication through phone conversations, email and text messaging.

• Ability to establish priorities systematically with focus and organization.

• Computer and Smartphone savvy.
