Fleet Administrator, Sr. jobs in New Brunswick, NJ

Fleet Administrator, Sr. assists in administrating and coordinating motor vehicle fleet operations. Understands OSHA, DOT, fleet-specific regulations, licensing, registration, and reporting requirements. Being a Fleet Administrator, Sr. prepares and maintains accurate records of vehicles, insurance, and required regulatory filings and reporting. Coordinates repairs and preventative maintenance scheduling that support fleet vehicle availability requirements. Additionally, Fleet Administrator, Sr. may assist with safety training and communication programs. May require an associate degree or equivalent. Typically reports to a supervisor. The Fleet Administrator, Sr. works independently within established procedures associated with the specific job function. Has gained proficiency in multiple competencies relevant to the job.     Sr Salesfoce Administrator
     
    Must have an Active, Favorable Adjudicated SF-86 or higher level Clearance. DoD Preferred
    Position Requirements:
    • Must have Must have at least 8 years’ experience working in a technical environment.
    • Must have 5 years’ working experience in a SalesForce Administrator Role.
    • Must have excellent Verbal and Written English skills
    • Salesforce Administrator Certification(s) required
    • Bachelor’s degree in a Technology or Business-related field. 
    • Must be a US Citizen.
    • Must be able to obtain an IA Baseline Certification within six (6) months of start date (this could be a CISSP, or Security Certification). 
    • Remote work
    • High preference to candidates with a Platform App Builder Certification
