Fleet Administrator, Sr. assists in administrating and coordinating motor vehicle fleet operations. Understands OSHA, DOT, fleet-specific regulations, licensing, registration, and reporting requirements. Being a Fleet Administrator, Sr. prepares and maintains accurate records of vehicles, insurance, and required regulatory filings and reporting. Coordinates repairs and preventative maintenance scheduling that support fleet vehicle availability requirements. Additionally, Fleet Administrator, Sr. may assist with safety training and communication programs. May require an associate degree or equivalent. Typically reports to a supervisor. The Fleet Administrator, Sr. works independently within established procedures associated with the specific job function. Has gained proficiency in multiple competencies relevant to the job.     Responsibilities:

    As a Permanent Sr. Core Systems Administrator, your primary responsibilities will include:

    1. Managing and maintaining our core banking systems, ensuring their optimal performance, availability, and security.
    2. Utilizing your expertise in Corelation KeyStone to oversee the implementation of system upgrades and enhancements.
    3. Leveraging your skills in SQL and UI scripting to optimize system performance and user experience.
    4. Applying your knowledge of RPA and UiPath to automate processes, increasing efficiency and reducing the risk of human error.
    5. Troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues in our core banking environments.
    6. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategies for system improvement and innovation.
    7. Providing technical leadership and guidance to junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
    8. Ensuring compliance with industry regulations and best practices related to system administration and data security.

    Qualifications:

    To be successful in this role, you will need:

    1. A minimum of 5 years of experience in IT system administration, preferably in the finance industry.
    2. Proven expertise in Corelation KeyStone, SQL, UI scripting, RPA, UiPath, Core Platforms, core banking environments, and Windows 10.
    3. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
    4. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
    5. A strong understanding of industry regulations and best practices related to system administration and data security.
    6. The ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple priorities effectively.
    7. A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.
