Fleet Administrator, Sr. jobs in Raleigh, NC

SUMMARY

The Fleet Operations Administrator will monitor and manage Spiffy’s multiple business lines to include but not limited to Amazon and urban fleet services. This position will ensure accurate scheduling, data entry, billing and repair tracking, management of internal repair board, monitoring and responding to repair orders in third party FMC software. Additionally, the Fleet Operations Administrator will communicate and coordinate with customers to receive service requests, discuss vehicle diagnostics, schedule follow up services, and submit warranty claims as needed.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Communicate with Service Managers and check asset schedule for newly scheduled repairs, submitting repair orders as needed.
• Communicate with Technicians to discuss diagnostics, write up service recommendations and communicate and sell follow up services with clients
• Update, monitor, and respond to each light repair order as needed
• Schedule follow up repair appointments after initial diagnostics, submitting repair orders as needed
• Submit necessary warranty claims to warranty providers and manufacturers
• Audit, monitor, and update Spiffy repair board as needed
• Work with Service Managers to order, track and enter parts from various parts suppliers
• Communicate with fleet account management and accounting teams regarding invoice adjustments
• Identify technological improvements and process inefficiencies, and propose solutions 

Requirements:

• At least 2-3 years administrative support role, preferably supporting management for multiple locations
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong time-management with the ability to organize several projects simultaneously 
• Well versed in learning new technology
• A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong decision-making skills
