Fleet Administrator, Sr. jobs in Rochester, MN
Fleet Administrator, Sr. assists in administrating and coordinating motor vehicle fleet operations. Understands OSHA, DOT, fleet-specific regulations, licensing, registration, and reporting requirements. Being a Fleet Administrator, Sr. prepares and maintains accurate records of vehicles, insurance, and required regulatory filings and reporting. Coordinates repairs and preventative maintenance scheduling that support fleet vehicle availability requirements. Additionally, Fleet Administrator, Sr. may assist with safety training and communication programs. May require an associate degree or equivalent. Typically reports to a supervisor. The Fleet Administrator, Sr. works independently within established procedures associated with the specific job function. Has gained proficiency in multiple competencies relevant to the job. - Accurately completes all statistical and incident reports. Maintains all apprehension and investigation records according to company standards.
- Work closely with local law enforcement and court officials.
Education/Experience:
- High School Diploma or GED preferred.
- Previous loss prevention or related experience preferred.
- The ability to work a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the business including early mornings, nights, weekends and holidays is preferred.
