Fleet Administrator, Sr. jobs in Saint Louis, MO
Fleet Administrator, Sr. assists in administrating and coordinating motor vehicle fleet operations. Understands OSHA, DOT, fleet-specific regulations, licensing, registration, and reporting requirements. Being a Fleet Administrator, Sr. prepares and maintains accurate records of vehicles, insurance, and required regulatory filings and reporting. Coordinates repairs and preventative maintenance scheduling that support fleet vehicle availability requirements. Additionally, Fleet Administrator, Sr. may assist with safety training and communication programs. May require an associate degree or equivalent. Typically reports to a supervisor. The Fleet Administrator, Sr. works independently within established procedures associated with the specific job function. Has gained proficiency in multiple competencies relevant to the job. FLEET ADMINISTRATOR
We're looking for an experienced Fleet Administrator to join our team!

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent relevant education/experience.
- Previous experience in fleet related role preferred.
- Must comply with drug-free workplace program and pass post-offer mouth swab drug test.
- Must have valid driver's license and maintain a driving record that complies with organizational standards.
A day in the life of a Fleet Administrator varies, but regular activities include:
- Support for issues including, but not limited to:
- Vehicle questions
- Finding vendors
- Local Repair
- Fleet service
- PM request
- Repair approval
- Review report on VIPs and communicate with Fleet Manager of stores NOT in compliance
- Assist with check-in/check-out procedures
- Daily update of vehicles - Local Repair and Fleet Service
- Update statuses and locations in Fleetio daily for any movement on vehicles
- Add comments as needed
- Verify locations and assignments match
- Weekly fuel review
- Review weekly report that comes from Fleetio of fuel usage for the last 7 days
- Highlight any abnormalities
- Email list to Fleet Manager and Regional Managers
- Update Fleetio when unassigned WEX cards are added
- Merge duplicate fuel transactions in Fleetio before Wednesday each week
- Local Repair Invoice Posting
- Process Fleetio Invoice and close out service ticket from invoices approved by Fleet Manager
- Create service tickets for any new approved repairs
- Review Local Repair cost
- Email approved invoices to Accounts Payable department for payment
- Parts Ordering
- Assist stores with parts orders
- Assist Fleet coworkers with parts orders
- Recalls
- Assist store in getting recalls completed
- Notate in Fleetio when recall is completed
- Purchases
- Track movement of newly purchased vehicles
- When ordered, when received, titles received, branded, assigned
- Transfer titles and purchase plates
- Notify insurance carrier of purchase
- Order WEX fuel card
- Track movement of newly purchased vehicles
- Renewals
- Annual plate renewal
- Insurance cards
