Fleet Administrator, Sr. jobs in Vineland, NJ
Fleet Administrator, Sr. assists in administrating and coordinating motor vehicle fleet operations. Understands OSHA, DOT, fleet-specific regulations, licensing, registration, and reporting requirements. Being a Fleet Administrator, Sr. prepares and maintains accurate records of vehicles, insurance, and required regulatory filings and reporting. Coordinates repairs and preventative maintenance scheduling that support fleet vehicle availability requirements. Additionally, Fleet Administrator, Sr. may assist with safety training and communication programs. May require an associate degree or equivalent. Typically reports to a supervisor. The Fleet Administrator, Sr. works independently within established procedures associated with the specific job function. Has gained proficiency in multiple competencies relevant to the job. Job responsibilities include:
-Performing Lube Oil and Filter, General and Preventative maintenance on vehicles
-Installing and balancing tires and installing Brakes
-Performing full under hood inspection
-Shop experience highly preferred but Techs still in school or recent graduates considered
-Please have at least your own basic set of tools to perform your essential duties.
-Please be able to start work as early as 3:00 am and be willing to travel. Company van provided.
