**Key Responsibilities:**

• **Driver Leadership:**
• Spearhead the recruitment, training, and mentorship of a cadre of adept, professional drivers.

• Develop and implement initiatives to boost driver retention and job satisfaction.
• **Regulatory Compliance:**
• Guarantee adherence to all pertinent local, state, and national trucking regulations.
• Manage meticulous maintenance of essential records, including driver logs, inspection reports, and licensing documentation.
• Proactively adapt to regulatory changes, ensuring uninterrupted compliance.
• **Operational Excellence:**

**Qualifications:**
