You will be Responsible for All Small Engine Equipment:

• Repairs and maintenance of Mowers, Blowers, String Trimmers, Edgers, Snow Blowers, E-Bikes, Aerators, etc.
• Tracking, purchasing, and assigning fleet of equipment to 20 crews with strong organizational skills.
• Driving out to crews and supplying down equipment in the field to crews should something break down.

You will be in charge of a 20 vehicle fleet and trailers.

• Organization of aligning vehicles for the needs of jobs to be completed. Ensuring fleet is organized and in good working order
• Creating and implementing a maintenance schedule and fleet tracking system for 20 Vehicles and trailers
• Auto Mechanic knowledge and experience. We work with an auto mechanic shop for major repairs (engine/transmission) but would be responsible for diagnostics and basic maintenance and repairs of the vehicle fleet.

Purchasing, tracking, assigning, and organization of consumables.

• Purchasing and restocking items like mower blades, string trimmer line, edger blades, trash bags, rakes, shovels, and brooms.

Facility Maintenance and Upkeep:

• Assuring property is in clean working order including garbage, dumpster ordering, and loading debris with skid steer
• Ability to run errands such as Costco, Irrigation Store, Fertilizer Store, and keeping crews stocked on necessities at the shop.

Fabricating:

• Knowledge and experience of metal work and welding. Ability to replicate current truck bed inserts and measure, cut, and weld, to expand our fleet.
• Use a welder to reinforce or fix equipment when needed.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $800.00 - $1,200.00 per week
