Under general supervision, assist in the ground handling and servicing of aircraft on the General Aviation (GA) ramp to include but not limited to, greeting and providing customer service to members of the general public, VIP customers, and politicians, transports customers & luggage. Marshaling, tie-down, general servicing, and towing aircraft into and out of hangars. Coordinates with Customer Service to verify aircraft servicing requirements are met. Completes general housekeeping and lawn maintenance. Able to assist in the daily operation or extended operations of the airport when required. Assist in any area as directed by the Airport Director, Senior Staff, and Supervisor.
