Ensure Safe Operations: Prioritize safety by closely monitoring flight progress, weather conditions, and other factors that may impact the flight. Be prepared to adjust plans as necessary to ensure a smooth and secure journey for all parties involved.
Client Communication: Establish and maintain clear communication with clients throughout their travel experience, providing updates on flight status, itinerary changes, and any other relevant information to ensure a positive experience.
Accurate Documentation: Keep detailed and accurate flight records, documenting each client's trip from start to finish. Additionally, reconcile their account and manage billing and payment processes efficiently.
Customer Service: Handle customer inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally, striving to resolve any issues that may arise during the travel process.
Compliance and Safety: Adhere strictly to all aviation regulations, protocols, and safety procedures to maintain the highest standards of safety and service for our clients.
Qualifications:
