What You'll Do:

As an Account Manager, you are the linchpin in our relationship with clients from initial

contact to project completion. You will:

● Manage client interactions and ensure a seamless experience throughout all

stages of the roofing process.

● Oversee and coordinate activities from lead management to final payment,

ensuring client satisfaction and service excellence.

● Engage directly with clients to set expectations, discuss project details, and

handle any inquiries or concerns, representing Roof Medic's high standards of

professionalism.

known for. By effectively managing projects and client relationships, you contribute

Who You Are:

● Experienced in customer service or account management, ideally within the

construction or roofing industry.

● Minimum 1 years sales experience

● Adept in using CRM systems and managing multiple project timelines efficiently.

● Proactive, with excellent communication skills, you thrive in a dynamic

environment and are committed to fostering lasting relationships with clients.

● You have a keen eye for detail and a passion for delivering quality service that
