Job Description: Sales Inspector

We’re seeking a highly motivated, customer-service oriented individual to join our team as a Sales Inspector. This individual would be responsible for performing inspections, quoting repairs, and selling jobs to our clients, while maintaining Crawlspace Medic’s brand standards throughout the full process.
Job Overview & Responsibilities:
Perform all aspects of the Crawlspace Medic sales process, including:
- Perform crawl space inspections on a daily basis to identify, diagnose, and prescribe repairs for issues relating to moisture control and structural damage.
- Prepare formal quotes on the repairs recommended from an inspection.
- Manage the customer relationship from the initial inspection, quote delivery, follow up and sale of the work.
- Continuously coordinate with the Market Director to review job pricing to ensure profitability goals are met.
- Coordinate with the production crews on a weekly basis to inform and advise on the upcoming production work. Assist with production on an “as needed” basis.
- Coordinate with the Market Director on a weekly basis to review market conditions.
- Represent Crawlspace Medic with utmost professionalism and excellence
Skills Required:
- Able to efficiently manage a full inspection load independently.
- Able to work well with the Production Manager, Market Director, and production crews.
- Able to maintain a high level of detail and organization in the midst of a fast-paced work environment.
- High levels of proficiency and efficiency in general computer and technology use (email, web applications, cell phone use, etc.)
- Able to efficiently navigate a crawlspace and effectively identify problems and develop solutions for customers (with training).
Desired Experience / Background:
- Experience in a sales or customer service role is preferred
- Experience in the construction industry is preferred
- 4-year bachelor’s degree is preferred
Compensation:
- Starting Base Salary: base salary of $50,000 (depending on experience)
- Earned monthly bonuses based on sales volume and profitability metrics (total compensation upwards of $65,000-$90,000 possible)
- Equipped with a company truck for business use
- Paid Time Off (PTO) and 8 paid holidays per year
