Flight Medic transports and transfers patients by aircraft and assesses the extent of an illness or injury to establish and prioritize medical procedures to follow. Provides advanced life support care to patients who are ill and/or injured. Being a Flight Medic replenishes the aircraft with medical supplies after flights. Must be CPR certified. Additionally, Flight Medic requires a high school diploma. Typically reports to manager. Flight Medic's years of experience requirement may be unspecified.     Position: Flight Crew - Zipline Operators, Equipment Runners, Guest Safety Assistants


    Essential Requirements:

      *Must be 18 years of age or older *Maintain excellent personal appearance and hygiene standards *Demonstrate professionalism at all times *Possess a positive attitude and exceptional customer service skills *Ability to communicate clearly and precisely over safety radio *Capable of providing clear and concise instructions to small groups *Successfully pass tryouts to demonstrate competency *Physically fit and determined to perform duties effectively *Safety-conscious and proficient in the use of personal safety equipment *Able to withstand the physical demands of the position *Availability to work hospitality hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays *Reside near the reservation area *Successfully pass a pre-employment drug test


    Work Environment:

    The role involves frequent exposure to outdoor weather conditions, including occasional wet or humid conditions and temperatures exceeding 95 degrees Fahrenheit. The work environment typically maintains a moderate noise level. As a hospitality-focused business, maintaining a hospitable service atmosphere is essential at all times.


    Physical Demands:

    Candidates must be capable of regularly lifting and/or transporting up to 60 pounds and maintaining hydration in varied conditions. Specific vision abilities, including close and distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus, are required. The position involves regular standing, walking, hand usage, reaching, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, sitting, crawling, and verbal communication.


    Education/Training:

      *High School Diploma or Equivalent *Prior safety training/certifications preferred *Understanding of safety equipment preferred


    Experience:

    Prior related experience is preferred, with a background in tourism/guest services or climbing/mountaineering preferred.

    Preference in hiring is given to minimally qualified members of federally recognized Native American tribes.
