Flight Medic transports and transfers patients by aircraft and assesses the extent of an illness or injury to establish and prioritize medical procedures to follow. Provides advanced life support care to patients who are ill and/or injured. Being a Flight Medic replenishes the aircraft with medical supplies after flights. Must be CPR certified. Additionally, Flight Medic requires a high school diploma. Typically reports to manager. Flight Medic's years of experience requirement may be unspecified.     We want someone who does not want to do the same thing every day for the rest of their career. If you have a sense of adventure and a desire to do more every day, we are the company for you. Your day will include data entry, research, project management, accounting, recordkeeping, accounts payable/accounts receivable and owner reporting. Your daily tasks include heavy Excel spreadsheet usage and accounting software.

    Primary Responsibilities:

    Be polite and understanding. You never know what a customer or team member is going through and your ability to respond professionally is what makes our company better.

    Be attentive and focus on the details for the task at hand. If you think you made a mistake, stop, and ask for help. We can fix everything if we work together.

    Use your computer skills to navigate through daily issues. If you are working on an invoice for a customer, we will need you to follow the documented process to complete it correctly. We will give you THE BEST computer technology and programs, we need you to be able to use them.

    Reply to emails using professionalism and timeliness. Use your customer service experience to be concise, set expectations and inspire trust in us.

    Work closely with and support multiple departments within the organization. As stated above, we want team members that want to learn everything about our company. The ability to be a utility player is what we desire the most.

    Become an expert in your department so that you can train new employees on proper processing of reports, checklists, recordkeeping, flight booking or one of the many aspects of charter trips.

    Exercise independent judgement, decision making abilities and the desire to become a key member in the growth of our organization.

    Requirements:

    -Bachelor’s degree preferred, but an accounting work history demonstrating a solid work ethic is an excellent substitute.

    -Ability and desire to work in a fast-paced environment

    -Detail-oriented with superb organizational skills

    -Proficient in MS Office and knowledge of SharePoint

    -A passion to learn, increase skills, and take on new projects and responsibilities

    -Willingness to do what it takes to finish your projects every day.

    -Ability to prioritize and meet strict deadlines

    Job Type: Full-time

    Pay: $17.00 - $26.00 per hour
