Flight Medic transports and transfers patients by aircraft and assesses the extent of an illness or injury to establish and prioritize medical procedures to follow. Provides advanced life support care to patients who are ill and/or injured. Being a Flight Medic replenishes the aircraft with medical supplies after flights. Must be CPR certified. Additionally, Flight Medic requires a high school diploma. Typically reports to manager. Flight Medic's years of experience requirement may be unspecified.     Job Summary:
    We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Medic to join our medical team. As a Medic, you will be responsible for providing immediate medical care and assistance to patients in various settings. Your expertise and quick thinking will be crucial in ensuring the well-being and safety of individuals in need of medical attention.

    Responsibilities:
    - Perform patient assessments and triage to determine the severity of injuries or illnesses
    - Administer Advanced life support techniques, including CPR and airway management
    - Provide emergency medical care and treatment to patients in accordance with established protocols
    - Assist in the transportation of patients to medical facilities, ensuring their safety and comfort
    - Maintain accurate and detailed patient records, documenting all procedures, medications administered, and observations made
    - Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans
    - Adhere to strict infection control protocols, utilizing aseptic techniques during procedures
    - Conduct physical examinations to assess patient conditions and identify any abnormalities or changes
    - Continuously monitor patients' vital signs and respond promptly to any changes or emergencies
    - Demonstrate exceptional communication skills when interacting with patients, their families, and other healthcare team members

    Experience:

    - Paramedic License
    - Previous experience as a Medic or in a similar role is preferred but not required
    - Proficiency in medical terminology and knowledge of emergency medical procedures
    - Strong understanding of patient care principles and practices
    - Ability to remain calm under pressure and make quick decisions in critical situations
    - Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to think on your feet
    - Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
