Job Responsibilities:

• Work on a variety of tasks, including aluminum screen enclosures, porch window installations, and screen porch repairs
• Solve unique challenges daily using problem-solving skills
• Work outdoors and lift up to 50 lbs. unassisted

Working Conditions:

• Monday to Friday, 6:00 am to 4:00 pm, with optional Saturday shifts available
• Ability to travel in company vehicles daily

Required Qualifications:

• High school diploma/GED or equivalent experience
• Basic mechanical aptitude skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Valid driver's license with minimal offenses
• 2 years of driving experience

Desired Qualifications:

• 2-year technical college degree
• Carpentry or window installation experience
• Strong mechanical aptitude and communication skills
• Light manufacturing experience
• Desire to grow with the company
