Position Description
The Nurse Navigator is an experienced clinical professional who provides guidance and education to patients and families. The Nurse Navigator interacts with and helps patients in real-time with educating, assessing care options, and facilitating decision-making. The Nurse Navigator is responsible for assisting the patient throughout the duration of care.
Position Requirements
Associate's degree in Nursing and 2 years of experience as an RN. Current American Heart Association or American Red Cross Basic Life Support (BLS). Current Registered Nursing License (Georgia) or qualifying multi-state compact license.
Preferred Requirements
MSN preferred. Relevant National Certification. Previous experience in relevant field.
