Flight Navigator locates the position of an aircraft and directs its course on domestic and international flights, using navigational aids. May require an associate's degree with at least 4 years of experience in the field. Being a Flight Navigator is familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures. Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Additionally, Flight Navigator performs a variety of complicated tasks. May direct and lead the work of others. Summary :
The role of the Resource Navigator to assist and triage families and individuals who are currently experiencing homelessness in the Snohomish County area. The Resource Navigator conducts coordinated entry, vulnerability, and self-sufficiency assessments and helps clients develop action plans and aids in barrier removal to work toward housing stability.
This position has a social justice component that requires critical thinking through the lens of racism and intersections with poverty. Knowing the core principles of antiracism and grounding those principles in everyday work are required job skills and core values.
