Propeller Aero Services, a new subsidiary of Propeller Airports is looking to hire self-motivated, positive, enthusiastic, goal-oriented individuals for immediate openings in the role of Flight Support Concierge (FSC) at the Fixed Based Operator (FBO) terminal at Paine Field. The Flight Support Concierge position requires an individual who understands the value of excellent customer service and the ancillary services that are provided by Propeller Aero Services to our customers. The Flight Support Concierge will report to the Concierge Manager and will work with the complete management/supervisory team to ensure prompt responses to our customer's inquiries and requests, and to immediately notify the proper manager/supervisor in the event of any issues or concerns. As a Flight Support Concierge you will primarily be working inside the Executive Terminal but will also be trained to help outside on the Aircraft Parking Ramp. As an FSC, This individual must take pride in offering the best in service, providing all services with the highest of standards, and always with a smile. As front of the house, the FSC manages all customer requests without showing signs of stress or frustration, even under the most demanding of situations. In this position, you will be responsible for processing sales transactions and coordinating communications between pilots and employees and as the main point of contact for service requests. This individual must take pride in offering the best in service, providing all services with the highest of standards and always with a smile to all clients at Propeller Aero Services. Please be available and flexible to work early, late and weekend shifts.
