This full time role is at the center of the business with the main responsibility of meeting the scheduling needs of our valued clients and CAREGivers.
This person must thrive in a fast paced environment and have exceptional computer and communication skills. This skilled problem solver must also be able to motivate and inspire a team and effectively and promptly respond to the changing scheduling needs of the seniors we serve.
In addition, this person will provide support, leadership and guidance for CAREGiver and client questions and concerns. This position in the Norfolk office will also require some evening and weekend on call coverage.
