The Training Coordinator is responsible for working closely with operations to help identify challenges and improvements by analyzing operating data and metrics to improve processes. In addition, this role will be responsible for providing on-the-job training to all forklift operators hired on and addressing and overcoming skill gaps in team members. This role will support the onsite team in various roles and capacities as needed.
