Flight Training Coordinator researches and develops flight training programs for an organization. Develops methods and materials for training, including classroom, computer, and simulator sessions. Being a Flight Training Coordinator may coordinate training with external vendors. Must stay abreast of FAA regulations and determine relevancy to company employees. Additionally, Flight Training Coordinator requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department. The Flight Training Coordinator contributes to moderately complex aspects of a project. Work is generally independent and collaborative in nature. Our international flight academy and airline career flight school is an FAA approved FAR Part 141 operation and has recently entered into multiple airline training agreements. With many flight students enrolled, we are a very busy operation and are contracting flight instructors CFI's, CFII's and MEI's as independent contractors (1099) for immediate start.
