The Training & Development Coordinator contributes to the success of Gravis Law practitioners and legal support staff by ensuring our team has the training and resources to provide world-class legal service to clients. The Training & Development Coordinator will create, develop, implement, and conduct training for employees and managers. The successful candidate will have experience both with virtual classroom and the development of recorded, self-managed programs. This position will report to the Director of Human Resources and work closely with the Operations teams.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee will occasionally be required to work weekends, holidays, be on call, and some employees could be required to travel overnight on occasion.
